Olympia Prime Elite is a coaching and consulting company that primarily does business in the United States of America.

Olympia Prime Elite helps elite athletes who are stuck in analysis paralysis break through fear of failure and perfectionism so they can stop playing it safe, stop procrastinating in the name of “getting it right,” and start taking bold action toward their next level of success.

Our services may focus on topics such as mindset, performance, confidence, leadership, goal-setting, decision-making, fear of failure, perfectionism, accountability, and personal or professional growth.

4. Coaching and Consulting Disclaimer

Olympia Prime Elite provides coaching and consulting services. Unless separately stated in writing, our services are not medical care, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency intervention.

Coaching and consulting are designed to support growth, accountability, education, strategy, and performance development. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, results, and participation.

5. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If services are provided to a minor athlete, a parent or legal guardian may be required to consent, participate in onboarding, and accept responsibility for payment and communication.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide accurate and current contact, scheduling, and payment information.

Attend scheduled appointments on time.

Communicate respectfully and professionally.

Complete agreed-upon exercises, assignments, or preparation when applicable.

Understand that results depend on personal effort, consistency, circumstances, and other factors outside of our control.

7. Appointments, Scheduling, and Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, email, phone, booking platform, or other approved method.

We may establish cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, and no-show policies. Any such policies will be communicated to clients through written notices, booking pages, invoices, service agreements, or program materials.

We reserve the right to charge cancellation or no-show fees where permitted and disclosed.

8. Payments and Fees

Fees for services, programs, packages, consulting, workshops, or other offerings will be provided before purchase or enrollment.

Payment may be required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you purchase.

Olympia Prime Elite uses SMS/text messaging primarily to remind clients of appointment times, upcoming meetings, scheduling details, and related service communications.

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree that Olympia Prime Elite may send you SMS messages related to appointments, meetings, scheduling, and services.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, we may send a confirmation message that your opt-out request has been processed. You may reply HELP for assistance or contact us at [email protected].

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services from Olympia Prime Elite.

We do not sell or share SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

11. Email and Other Communications

By providing your email address or other contact information, you agree that we may contact you regarding appointments, services, purchases, administrative updates, program information, and other matters related to your relationship with Olympia Prime Elite.

All content created or provided by Olympia Prime Elite, including but not limited to written materials, coaching frameworks, worksheets, videos, graphics, logos, curriculum, program materials, website content, branding, and digital resources, is owned by Olympia Prime Elite or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, share, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

Clients may use provided materials for their own personal, internal, or individual development purposes only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Client Content and Testimonials

If you provide feedback, testimonials, comments, reviews, images, videos, or other content to Olympia Prime Elite, you grant us permission to use that content for business, marketing, educational, or promotional purposes unless you tell us in writing that you do not consent.

We will not knowingly disclose confidential personal details without permission. If we wish to use your name, image, likeness, or identifiable story in marketing, we may request additional written consent.

14. Confidentiality

Olympia Prime Elite respects the privacy of client information. We aim to keep coaching and consulting conversations confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, necessary to process payments, provide services, protect safety, enforce agreements, or operate our business.

Coaching and consulting confidentiality may not have the same legal protections as attorney-client, doctor-patient, or therapist-client privilege unless a separate licensed professional relationship is specifically established in writing.

15. No Guarantee of Results

Olympia Prime Elite may provide strategies, tools, education, accountability, and support. However, we do not guarantee specific results, performance outcomes, scholarships, contracts, rankings, financial success, athletic achievements, recruitment opportunities, personal breakthroughs, or professional advancement.

Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, consistency, decisions, background, opportunities, environment, and circumstances outside of our control.

16. Assumption of Risk

You understand that coaching, consulting, mindset work, and performance development may involve personal reflection, emotional discomfort, challenging conversations, behavior change, and accountability.

You voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation and choices. You agree to seek appropriate medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional support when needed.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

Our services or website may include links to third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools, communication tools, or resources.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, actions, availability, or security of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olympia Prime Elite and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our services, website, communications, or materials.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Olympia Prime Elite for the service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
